Element3 Health is a network that engages 50-plus adults around their passions to increase physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

• Assisted with migrating two servers to Amazon Web Services
• Collaborated with UI/UX Designer on implementation of style guide
• Created custom theme for Material UI React component library
• Built front end features for an MVP rebuild of the GroupWorks application (using React) and its legacy version (using AngularJS)

On-Snow Product Tester
Burton Snowboards (Winter 2017/2018) – Rocky Mountains

Burton is a snowboard manufacturer that served a pivotal role in growing snowboarding from a backyard hobby to a world-class sport by creating groundbreaking products, supporting the world’s best riders, and pushing more resorts to allow snowboarding.

• Took part in 3 Burton feedback labs during the 2017 – 2018 season
• Tested an updated cleat design for Burton’s StepOn® bindings and other unreleased snowboard accessories
• Provided insight on how various products worked with or against personal riding style

Front End Developer
BioTRUST Nutrition (June 2014 – September 2018) – Remote / Golden, CO

BioTrust creates premium nutrition supplements and weight loss products from ethically sourced ingredients.

• Fully remote position with occasional co-location in Golden, CO office
• Created responsive web pages with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, ASP Classic
• Redesigned ProteinQuiz.com to make 9 new body metric calculations and use answers from up to 8 questions to suggest the best out of 3 BioTrust proteins

Freelancer
Livication Media (April 2012 – Present) – Melbourne, FL

Livication Media was a music blog and production company that helped music artists and bands with branding and promotion.

• Write articles and act as editor of the blog, managing coverage of events such as Warped Tour, and providing constructive critique to other writers.
• Shoot and edit live concert videos for the music blog
• Host a number of different podcasts available on iTunes and Stitcher. Each podcast equipped with its own WordPress CMS and Google Feedburner statistics.
• Produce audio for podcasts and upload content to hosting servers
• Operate an internet radio station at radio.livication.com, host live broadcasts and organize music library on cloud-based broadcast server
• Produce and record music for local musicians and myself 
• Design and print small runs of screenprinted t-shirts

Florida Discount Music / Open Mike’s Coffee Lounge (March 2013 – June 2014) – Melbourne, FL

Open Mike’s started as a small family-owned music store known as Florida Discount Music. Due to economic challenges and a shift in the way people purchase music gear, the owners converted half of the store into a coffee shop and music venue. Since its inception in 2012, Open Mike’s has grown to become a staple of the Melbourne, Florida live entertainment culture.

• Interact with customers in person or by phone
• Answer questions or help customers troubleshoot problems with their music gear
• Operate sound board and music cues for Comedy Night every Wednesday
• Help with graphic and web design work and branding for the business
• Helped change over old Point-of-Sale system to iPad-based registers with cloud database.

Sound Technician
The Boondocks Bar (September 2013 – June 2014) – Melbourne, FL

The Boondocks was a music venue for local and touring acts. It is no longer open, but its owners have since opened a number of successful businesses based in Melbourne’s arts and entertainment district.

• Operate sound board, usually once or twice a week
• Interact with performing clients to establish sonic tastes and preferences
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with equipment of the performer or venue
